This notice explains the current data practices of the ZuluClaw informational website, operated by Volare Holdings LLC (“Volare,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). ZuluClaw does not currently provide user accounts, subscriptions, payment processing, uploads, comments, or a contact form.

Information handled when you visit

Our hosting and network providers may process standard technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, request time, requested URL, device or browser information, referring page, and diagnostic or security events. We may access provider logs when reasonably needed to operate, secure, troubleshoot, or understand the site.

Analytics and advertising

The current ZuluClaw build does not include Google Analytics, advertising pixels, behavioral advertising, or a newsletter form. If measurement technology is added later, this notice and the Cookie Notice must be updated before or when that technology is enabled.

Outbound links

ZuluClaw links to websites operated by Volare and other parties. When you follow an outbound link, the destination receives your request and applies its own privacy notice. Links to OpenZulu may include campaign parameters identifying ZuluClaw as the referral source; the destination may use those parameters to measure aggregate referral and conversion activity.

Information you send elsewhere

Account, billing, support, or contact information entered on OpenZulu, Volare Holdings, or any other linked site is collected by that destination—not by the ZuluClaw pages described in this notice. Review the destination’s current policy before submitting information.

Retention and security

Technical logs are retained according to operational need and the settings of our hosting providers. We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to a small static publication, but no website or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices

You may use browser privacy controls, avoid outbound links, or contact Volare Holdings about a privacy question. Rights may vary by jurisdiction and depend on whether Volare holds personal information about you through another service.

Children

ZuluClaw is a general-audience informational site and is not directed to children. It does not intentionally solicit personal information from children.

We may update this notice when the site or its data practices change. The date above identifies the current version.
